FRSTeam of Texas Navigates a Hurricane

Last July as Hurricane Beryl barreled toward Houston, the city braced for impact, and businesses prepared for the worst. Among them was FRSTeam of Texas, a restoration company known for its resilience and commitment to service, even in the face of natural disasters.

Just before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston, Frank Lubrano, President & CEO of FRSTeam of Texas advised his staff to hunker down and stay safe. “We told them that their safety was our first priority and that we’d contact all after the storm had passed.”

Once the immediate danger was over, Lubrano assessed the damage. “We got the generators running, checked with our employees, and started returning calls from adjusters.”

With power outages lasting over a week, his team had to manage with a combination of portable generators and resourcefulness. “We used hot spots, texts, carrier Pigeon… any means available to respond to those emails!”

All in all, it was all a day’s work – if you’re FRSTeam from Texas.

    Regularly assess your emotional state. If you notice signs of overwhelm, take action to address them. Consider talking to a trusted friend or counselor if you’re feeling persistently stressed or anxious.
  3. Evening Wind-Down
    End your day with calming activities like journaling, reading, or a warm bath to promote restful sleep. Incorporating a consistent bedtime routine signals your body that it’s time to relax and prepares you for a restorative night.
  4. Support Network
    Stay connected with family, friends, and colleagues. Share your experiences and listen to theirs – mutual support is invaluable. Cultivating these relationships not only provides emotional support but also strengthens your resilience during challenging times.
