Meet Chad and Paula Ferguson
Human connection and helping others inspired the Fergusons to join FRSTeam. The Fergusons purchased an existing FRSTeam franchise from a good friend and former client in Kansas City. They opened on July 1, 2022, and are excited about helping their community.
What brought you into this work?
Insurance brought us into the business. We purchased the business from Jeff Waters, a friend, business mentor, and past commercial business client.
What are your backgrounds?
My wife Paula is a supply chain and performance management consultant with more than 15 years of experience. I have been in sales my entire career, predominately in insurance as an agent and business development executive.
What do you love about this work?
The people we connect with daily. We love how this business allows us to go full circle in the insurance process, from providing insurance to executing the policy and walking a client successfully through a claim, one of the most stressful moments in their lives.
Tell us about your branch.
Our KC location is an amazing branch on the verge of a breakout. We already have a staff of GREAT people in place and have a foundation of solid relationships with contractors, adjustors, and other referral sources. With a few adjustments, we are set to break records in 2023.
