Welcome New Owner!

We are excited to announce Justice Bates as the new Owner of FRSTeam by McLendon Cleaners in Longview, Texas. Justice and his wife Jessica are taking over the reins of the franchise they managed for years, bringing a strong background in sales, customer service, and entrepreneurship to the table.

“We believe in providing a service that’s not just needed, but one that carries out our principles of honesty and integrity,” Justice explained about their decision to purchase and enhance the existing operation.

Their focus as FRSTeam franchise owners is on practical, community-centered solutions, particularly for individuals facing the stress of rebuilding after personal loss. “Our goal is to make our part of the restoration process as painless as possible,” said Justice.

With a track record in successful business ventures and a clear vision for the future, Justice and Jessica are eager to leverage the FRSTeam brand and its resources to grow their business and increase job opportunities in their region.

April 8-9, IFPG Franchise Summit
Holly Murry, President of FRSTeam, and Haley Bliss, National Account Manager, attended the IFPG Virtual Franchise Summit on April 8th & 9th. They collaborated with other franchise leaders in breakout sessions and through interactive panels, coming together to exchange ideas, share some laughs, and discuss best practices and strategies for expansion.

April 8-10, RIA Conference
Last month in Dallas, Texas, FRSTeam was proud to participate in the RIA Conference, engaging with industry leaders and gaining invaluable insights. Our team contributed to the discussions on restoration standards and practices.

April 23-24, SEDGWICK Meeting
We had the pleasure of attending the spectacular Sedgwick Partner Appreciation Event at the Reunion Resort and Golf Club in Kissimmee, Florida. It was a perfect setting to network and forge stronger connections with our industry peers, partners, and Sedgwick’s repair solutions team.

May 5-7, IBAA Conference
FRSTeam crossed into Canada to discuss how brokers can best navigate technology, communication, and top talent. Delighted to see that the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta earned its nickname of “Castle in the Rockies.”

May 13-15, Combined Claims Conference
We thoroughly explored this immersive two-day educational event in Garden Grocer, California. We hosted a booth at the Combined Claims Conference (CCC) and met with hundreds of professionals from independent adjusters and attorneys to investigators, and brokers.

May 15-17, The Sunshine Conference
We had an amazing time at the Sunshine Conference in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, hosted by Rytech Restoration. As gold sponsors, we were proud to support an event that gave us the opportunity to learn and listen to Sal Gonzalez with the Wounded Warrior Project. Learning from keynote speaker Kyle Scheele about chasing your crazy ideas, all while enjoying the breathtaking views and ocean breeze.

May 20-23, Access Alacredy Conference
FRSteam enjoyed three full, fun days of learning, networking and sharing wins with other restoration leaders. No place like Orlando, Florida for an empowering conference with like-minded peers.
