On June 1, 2025, Andy So and Nation Son took over the FRSTeam franchises serving Seattle and Portland—locations formerly corporate-run. For Andy and Nation, both longtime residents of the Pacific Northwest, this was more than a business acquisition. “We saw an opportunity to take an established operation and elevate it with local leadership,” says Andy. “We wanted to bring that owner-operator presence back to the front lines.” With a strong infrastructure already in place, they hit the ground running—ready to lead with purpose, experience, and a sharp focus on community impact.

Building on the Brand, Strengthening the Culture
Andy and Nation were drawn to FRSTeam not only for its operational potential, but for its alignment with their personal values: compassion, service, and trust. “We knew how much was being lost—items with deep personal meaning—and we wanted to be part of changing that narrative,” says Nation.
