Job Description
FRSTeam by Rogers is seeking a service-focused, friendly professional to join our team as a Field Supervisor. As a Field Supervisor you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Field Supervisors must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.
General Job Duties:
Customer contact and follow up through delivery of goods Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors. Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents. Packing and moving duties can include up to full house pack outs. Inventory, track, and document order through production processing review and follow up billings and customer concerns manage multiple job files and assignments. On call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response). Additional reasonable duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, production, people-oriented and highly organized. Applicant must be able to pass background check and possess clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks). Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily.

Schedule
Typically 8-Hour Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm, Overtime may be available daily and Saturdays.
Pay
$18.00 – $23.00++ per hour. Bonus Pay, On Call Bonus, Signing Bonus.
