Job Description
The Job Coordinator is a critical role within the restoration process, ensuring that every aspect of the job runs smoothly and that both our clients and team members are supported throughout. From overseeing pack-outs and cleaning to ensuring customer satisfaction, the Job Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, providing dear communication, and helping the team meet project goals. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack-Out Coordination: Oversee the organization, packing, and transportation of clients• belongings for restoration, ensuring that all items are safely handled and documented. Cleaning Management: Coordinate and support the cleaning process, making sure that the team delivers high-quality restoration services, including textiles and electronics, in a timely manner.
Support the Restoration Team: Assist the restoration team with any operational needs, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and information to perform their work efficiently.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule appointments, site visits, and restoration timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and service expectations are exceeded.
Documentation & Reporting: Ensure that all job-related documentation is complete and accurate, including job notes, item inventories, and any special instructions for the team.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Address any issues or delays that arise during the restoration process, working with both the team and the homeowner to find swift resolutions.
