Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure that FRSTeam continues to deliver high-quality services while cultivating long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients in the restoration and related industries, including residential and commercial sectors.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads. utilizing networking, cold calling, referrals, and other innovative strategies to generate new business.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a strategic sales plan to meet business development goals and contribute to overall company growth.
Market Analysls: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on progress toward targets and goals.
