Warm Welcome to Our Newest Franchisee!

Who: FRSTeam by Contents Pros
Where: Santa Barbara, CA

We recently had the opportunity to catch up with Cameron Nehme, owner, and Tarek Nehme, operating manager, of Contents Pros to see why they joined the FRSTeam franchise family.

FRSTeam: What made you choose FRSTeam?

Cameron Nehme: After many conversations with insurance professionals, we know we made the right choice. The success FRSTeam has achieved reinforced our belief that they were the perfect fit for us.
Tarek Nehme: We wanted to be with the industry leader.

FRSTeam: How does FRSTeam align with your personal beliefs?

Cameron Nehme: We’re one of the first points of contact during a disaster, ranging from a small flood to a natural disaster. We’re there to do more than just offer our services; we’re also there to guide them through a difficult time.

FRSTeam: How has it been so far?

Cameron Nehme: We’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from other franchisees. The corporate office has also guided and supported us throughout this transition.
Tarek Nehme: We’re excited for the future! We’re always eager to inspire the community and enrich the world.

Opening up a franchise with FRSTeam is a big step to a brighter future. For Cameron and Tarek, joining FRSTeam represents a commitment to a philosophy rooted in compassion and community. Thank you, Cameron and Tarek! We’re glad you’re here.

Holiday Tips: Stay Merry and Safe this Holiday Season

As the festive season approaches, it’s essential to keep your home safe. Share these safety tips with your extended family so everyone you love has a worry-free celebration.

  1. Deck the Halls – Safely: When hanging decorations, make sure not to overload electrical sockets or extension cords to avoid fire hazards. Use non-flammable materials for your tree, such as artificial trees or keep live trees well-watered. Keep decorations away from heat sources, like candles or fireplaces, to prevent any accidental fires.
  2. Candlelit Coziness Made Safer: Consider using battery-operated LED candles as a safer alternative. If you insist on going the real route, be sure they’re in solid holders and extinguish them before leaving the room. Always keep candles away from curtains or other decorations.
  3. Cooking Up A Delicious, Accident-Free Feast: Ensure your cooking area is free from any flammable items, like towels or paper products. Never leave the kitchen unattended while cooking, and keep a fire extinguisher nearby. Keep children and pets away from the stove, oven, or any hot surfaces to avoid any accidents.
  4. Light Up Your Home – Safely: Inspect your electrical decorations for any damage before use. Choose lights that are UL-listed and intended for outdoor use. Avoid overloading electrical outlets or extension cords, and never run them under rugs or carpets, as this can cause overheating.
