When disaster strikes it’s never easy. It’s even worse when the fire spreads to your home from a neighbor’s out of control barbeque. We felt so much empathy for the distraught homeowner and made it a point to treat each of her keepsakes like the treasures they are. Our home and belongings were victim to a fire that started at a neighbor’s townhome and quickly spread to our home and two other homes in the development – I was always a bit of an emotional mess regarding so many of our personal items.
Many items, like those that are in the homes of most families, were keepsakes…and irreplaceable.
So…thank you for doing what you did so that you could return to me the American flag (in its display case no less) given to my mother after having draped my father’s casket before his burial at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery. Thank you for the careful and gentle cleaning and return of several special hand-made throw blankets and Afghans. Along with these special heirlooms, you even recovered our coffee maker!

Small Exceptions = Exceptional Service
Even though the emergency order was already filled, Joshua Jackson from FRSTeam of Middle Tennessee in Smyrna, TN restored a young boy’s PS5 within a day. Damage was undone and everyone was happy.
Treasured Teddy Gets a Second Chance
