Regional Conferences: Momentum Matters

The recent FRSTeam Regional Conferences brought together teams from across the country for a day of learning, alignment, and action in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Thank you to Bill and Dave Weidenaar for hosting our offices at their facility and showcasing their impressive space.

The day began with a powerful message from Holly Murry, emphasizing momentum, action, and results, followed by a brand performance and outlook update from Ceilidh Baertschiger. RescueTech’s Cory Matthews & Wayne Oliva shared updates to ELE, while Jeff Waters & John Karman guided personalized 90-day planning.

The National Sales Team Update, led by Alina Kaykeo & Kristin Johnston, delivered a high-energy Power Hour packed with actionable sales tools. Roundtables gave teams space to collaborate on real-world challenges across sales, operations, and staffing.

The event wrapped with a forward-looking session, “Launch with Purpose,” where every franchise outlined 2026 commitments and turned insight into execution. A big thank-you to all who attended—and who keep the momentum going.

FRSTeam recently attended the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) Retreat, a valuable event that brought together franchise leaders and innovators from across industries.
