Goosebump Moment: “10 Stars If I Could”

A Sunday Move, Five Incredible Team Members, and One Unforgettable Review

When Denise B. from Woodinville, WA faced an emergency Sunday move due to water damage, she called FRSTeam—and our FRSTeam of the PNW crew delivered in every way. She wrote:

“Very seldom do you find employees who are upbeat, happy, positive and hard workers… Each and every one of them were absolutely fantastic… Such a pleasure to deal with positive, happy, hardworking people.”

Huge shoutout to Hannah, Carla, Maria, Andres, and Carlo for showing up with care, energy, and professionalism. This is the FRSTeam standard: when it matters most, we show up at our best.

Leadership with Purpose: FRSTeam of San Diego and Inland Empire

Ryan Gamso took on leadership of FRSTeam of San Diego and Inland Empire with a clear goal: to build on a solid foundation and bring meaningful support to people facing difficult moments. With experienced teams already in place and a strong regional presence, the opportunity to expand into two new territories was a natural fit.

More than the business itself, he continues to be drawn to the mission behind it—to being the calm after the chaos.

“I really appreciate that we come in and help people at a time when they have just experienced a tragic event.”
— Ryan Gamso

That mission continues to shape how he approaches growth. Ryan sees potential in new technologies to improve how restoration services are delivered, but his focus remains on earning trust through every interaction. “Whenever someone hires us, I want them to walk away from the experience saying that we went above and beyond,” he says. “I want them to mention us to their friends and family because we provided such great service.”

Ryan is expanding with one goal in mind: to be the team people talk about for all the right reasons. The team shares that same energy, saying: “We’re excited to grow and support these new geographic territories!”

When asked if there was a particular moment he knew it was time to grow, Ryan reflected, “I’ve always wanted to expand our operations safely and organically. With the recent surge in demand—especially following the wildfires in LA—we’ve seen significant growth in our existing markets. That’s really shown me we’re ready for more long-term, sustained expansion.”

Congratulations, Ryan! Your leadership and dedication continue to inspire, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

Summer Safety Tip: Prevent Water Damage Before It Starts

Water damage is one of the most common—and costly—summer hazards. A few simple checks can save you from a major mess:

  • Know where your main water shutoff valve is and make sure everyone in the home does too.
  • Inspect hoses and connectors on outdoor faucets, sprinklers, and appliances for cracks or leaks.
  • Turn off water to washing machines or dishwashers if you’re heading out of town—even a slow drip can turn into a disaster.
