What an amazing PLRB event! Over 3,000 professionals showed up to learn and strengthen relationships. We had over 17 client meetings and are excited to continue nurturing these important partnerships.

Announcing New FRSTeam Location in Middle Tennessee

Please welcome Chad McCaslin, FRSTeam of Middle Tennessee. Serving the Nashville region, Chad worked for FRSTeam as a sub-contractor since 2022 before joining us as a franchisee.

Chad has a long and personal history with the restoration business. “I’m a third generation dry cleaner,” said Chad. In 2009 he had a major house fire and instead of sending his belongings to a competitor for cleaning, he researched the processes and did it himself. “Since then I’ve done over 300 claims for smoke or water loss.”

Like all our franchisees, in addition to the technical expertise needed for restoration, Chad has a heart for service. “I love being able to make things easier on the insured during such a complicated time. We come in… pack it out clean, store, and deliver all their items back professionally cleaned and packaged. When we return their clothing, we’re helping someone who went through such a horrible loss get a little sense of familiarity and normality back. It’s very rewarding.”
