Do Good, Feel Good. Why FRSTeam Works

Do good, feel good.
Why FRSTeam works.

It’s not an accident that FRSTeam feels so supportive to the families we serve in their time of need. It’s why most of us get up every day and go to work. Even if it’s “just” returning a beloved stuffed animal or getting computers and their memories back intact, we all know what we do makes a difference in people’s lives.

New Owner Spotlight: Meet Joe Hill

This month, let’s give a warm welcome to Joe Hill, one of FRSTeam’s newest franchise owners. Joe moved with his wife and two young sons to Opa-Locka, Florida where they own and operate Bliss Restoration.

Joe Hill, Franchise Owner

Location: Opa-Locka, Florida

Why did you start Bliss Restoration?
I came from the oil fields in Oklahoma. COVID really slowed oil down, and I wanted to create my own business, something that was recession-proof. There was already a FRSTeam in Oklahoma, so I moved my family to Florida where a territory was available.

When you think of your future at FRSTeam, what are you most excited about?
Helping people. It really feels good to give, especially in their time of need. I’m also looking forward to helping my employees lead good lives. Right now we’ve got 3 people, but in 12 months, I want to have 15. I want people to move up in this company as far as they’re willing.

What do you want people to know about you?
We go the extra mile to help out. We give back to the community and help the people who need it. Also, I want my people to know I’m willing to do whatever it is I’m asking you to do. I’m not afraid to jump into a sewer pack out or do soot cleaning to get the job done with my team.

Is there a story behind the name of your company?
I almost called it Sunshine Restoration but we’re in Florida, the Sunshine State, and I didn’t want it to get lost among all the other Sunshine companies.

I remember my grandfather telling me about our family crest. He was a short Scottish guy with a heavy accent — I looked up to him. He told me the family crest was “Grace me Guide.” You always want some grace on your journey. I looked for words similar to Grace and Bliss showed up. I knew that was it — I wanted people to find something comforting.

FRSTeam in the News

Recently, at the 2022 International Franchise Association (IFA) convention in San Diego, our President, Holly, was presented with the 2022 Franchisee Satisfaction Award for FRSTeam!

We’re excited to see everyone’s hard work getting recognized.
