Responding Faster. Throughout the nation, everyone at FRSTeam pulled together to decrease claim cycle time and increase customer service. We improved on an already excellent response time because we recognize that people need even more support during this time.

Supporting Local Hospitals and Communities. FRSTeam across the country provided meals to local hospitals and FRSTeam by Prestige in Knoxville, TN was recognized by Franchise Business REVIEW as a Rock Star Franchise for their community work. They manufactured 20,000 masks to keep frontline doctors and nurses safe. See their shoutout here.
