Clean Show 2025 featured impressive new technologies, from AI-powered stain removal to robotic sorting and folding systems. However, the biggest conversation was not just about innovation; it was about revenue. A shift in mindset was highlighted for drycleaners: moving toward subscription-based models to boost cash flow, increase client loyalty, and stabilize sales. With recurring monthly revenue, bundled services, and stronger client retention, continuity models may be the key to future growth in the industry.

Franchise Spotlight: Growth in Pennsylvania
Less than a year after launching FRSTeam by CRP in Central Pennsylvania, Jamie Belotti and his team have expanded into Northwestern and Southwestern PA.
“It was important to keep everything under the FRSTeam by CRP name so there’s consistency,” Jamie said. “No matter where we’re working, people should recognize who we are and trust the service they’ll receive.”
This expansion was made possible by a strong leadership team, operational readiness, and a clear purpose. The rapid growth tested their systems, but it also strengthened their culture. Team members took on new responsibilities, communication improved, and trust deepened.
“Growth should give you more ways to live out your values — not pull you away from them.”
Jamie’s advice for others? Build a strong foundation early. Surround yourself with people who are committed, stay focused on your core purpose, and act on opportunities when they come.
