Mobilizing for Texas: Can-do Attitude in Action

Last month, winter storms pounded the Great State of Texas and shut power grids down throughout the state. Tens of thousands of residents were without electricity causing pipes to break, and left Texans scrambling to burn anything they could to stay warm.

Although in the middle of the disaster themselves, the Texas FRSTeam offices knew their services would be required. It quickly became evident that many of our carrier partners needed additional assistance with packing, moving, cleaning, and storing contents for their insureds. Frank and his team responded by immediately accepting assignments and solicited help from FRSTeam of the Gulf Coast and FRSTeam by Five Star.

Frank’s “it’s what we do” attitude has never been more welcomed, and thousands of Texans are now benefiting from his actions.

Hearing From Franchises

FRSTeam by Five Star Restoration in Brookhaven, MS joined FRSTeam after the owners spent 10 years running their own fire and water restoration company. They’ve now been with us for two years. Read on as owner Sarah Catherine Wallace shares her experience:

“Charley and I have been in the restoration business for over ten years and joining the FRSTeam community has been one of the best decisions we ever made.
