Summary:
The National Contents Trainer role is primarily to provide support to the franchisee community and company owned locations to maximize results while maintaining a consistent customer/client experience, operational compliance, and confirming brand standards are being met.
Duties and Responsibilities
General
- Monitor contents training activity to ensure that all requirements have been met, and all locations are proficient at delivering on our Carrier commitments and FRSTeam model
- Assist the Operations team to ensure the smooth roll-out of this new offering across the network
- Assist the Operations and National Sales teams with new Carrier service level agreements and Master Service Agreements
- Provide guidance on any updates to the Operations Manual
- Participate in online team meetings
- Attend annual Restoration Retreat, Regional Meetings and Corporate Meetings
- Q1 one 4 day trip / Q3 two 3 day trips / Q4 one 3 day trip
- Provide reports on support/training meetings and progress
- Identify opportunities and monitor revenue growth, production efficiencies, and make recommendations for constant improvement
- Continually monitor our existing systems and procedures to ensure we are maximizing our profit opportunity
- Other projects as assigned
First 6 Months
- Develop appropriate content and update training modules
- In-person on-boarding training classes in San Diego and/or Denver
- 2 per month
- Assist with the integration of the newly acquired company called The Contents Specialist (TCS) into the FRSTeam operating model
7 Months in and Ongoing
- Group Training Sessions and Seminars (In person and online)
- Quarterly in person training seminars
- In-person on-boarding training classes in San Diego and/or Denver
- 2 per month (until all locations are onboarded)
- Possible on-going additional on-boarding training trips as offices sign up for contents
- Targeted support visits and/or phone/webinar support to franchisees and company owned locations with consistent action plan follow up
- In-person support visits: 1 per month
Required Experience:
- Disaster Restoration Contents Experience to Include
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contents restoration
- Experience leading a contents division
- Experience building training resources for contents packouts and cleaning
- Experience teaching training seminars/classes
- Ability to travel once a month for 3-4 days
- First 3-6 months will have less travel to build training modules
- A strong leader with a growth mindset
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Claims Connect (Symbility), Dash, Microsoft Office
