Customer Service Coordinator

FRSTeam by Rogers is seeking a service-focused, friendly professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Customer Service Coordinator must have strong computer skills, be able to multi-task, and show great attention to detail.

General Job Duties

Customer Service

– Log incoming jobs

– Handle customer inquiries and complaints

– Provide information about the products and services

– Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

– Document and update customer records based on interactions

– Determine and manage customer expectations with Account Manager

– Manage job flow process for all assigned clients

– Maintain Company Calendar with Account Manager

Billing Support to Office Manager

– Coordinate billing preferences, scope determination, communication standards and production preference

– Submitting and following up on invoices to assigned clients

– Managing program measurables and control point updates for national accounts

– Accounts Receivable

Client Services

– Communicating , customer concerns, program measurables to sales team and management

– Job audits

Office Administration

– Managing Mail

– Ordering and monitoring supplies

– Assisting in HR tasks as necessary

– Vendor certificates and communications

– Keeping office and break areas clean and organized

Additional reasonable duties as assigned

Periodic goals and measurables will be evaluated by the following criteria:

Time stamping, Customer Satisfaction, Client Satisfaction, Receivables, Customer Concern Resolutions and Job Closure Rate

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Applicant must be able to pass background check and drug test

Job hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.

Starting Range: $18-$20
